Moving Beyond Uncertainty – Foresight for Innovation and Risk Mitigation
From this talk about Strategic Foresight, the strategy-you-do before you-do-strategy, you will learn exciting ways to think about your business, see where future-driven thinking enhances traditional planning, and understand how you can bring value from the future back for advantage today. Can be delivered from short length to long, from generic to custom and as a standalone talk to also include add-on workshops.
Self-Awareness for Strategic Success
From this talk you will learn how to ease role-based conflicts in leadership and management teams collaborating on future driven projects. This is done in three ways. First, by understanding the future is possibility driven rather than by time. Second, how different business roles make people view the potential of the future differently. Finally, some ways crossed conversations about the possible future can be resolved.
